The Brickhouse Bar and Grill
The South Valley's newest restaurant sensation
The newest hot spot in the Valley' s dining scene happens to be in one of the area's oldest buildings. Co-owner Lindy Stark has teamed up with veteran restaurateur Tom Nickel (from The Roosevelt Grille and The Sawtooth Club) to renovate the historic "Bank Building" in Bellevue, and the two have created the wildly popular BrickHouse Bar & Grill. Stark and Nickel shared an appreciation for the turn-of-the-century architecture of this landmark and dreamed of bringing it back to life for all of the Valley to share. With their beautiful renovation they have done just that, creating the south Valley's newest restaurant sensation, the always wonderful BrickHouse.
The draws at The BrickHouse are many, from the warm and welcoming atmosphere to the friendly staff and the diverse, creative and reasonably priced menu, this place has it all. Delicious fire-grilled steaks and seafood are the menu's centerpiece, but these exist in happy harmony with comfort food staples like HomeStyle Fried Chicken and their fabulous "Not Your Grandmother's Meatloaf." More contemporary offerings such as the Braised Lamb Shank with a Pinot Noir Reduction and the unique Spicy Sesame Noodle Bowl round out this crowd-pleasing menu. If you're in a more casual mood,
The BrickHouse bar is the perfect spot to enjoy the best burger in town along with an ice-cold brew (twelve offerings always on tap!) Or share some appetizers with friends accompanied by one of thirteen wines by the glass or a bottle from the extensive and reasonably priced wine list, which focuses on California and Northwest offerings. With three big-screen, high-definition TVs, The BrickHouse bar is also just about the best spot around for sports fans to catch the big game.
